[I-coordination] Europe at a tipping point?

Well, going to the extreme to make it more evident, without inferring any direct comparisons, one could make some predictions about a conference for Human Rights and World Cooperation called by North Korea or a Women's Rights and Freedoms hosted by Saudi Arabia.
