You are right, but I do not mentioned the committees 3 and 4 because in their structure there is no fixed representation of all stakeholders. i.e the Government Advisory committee/group will be made of Gvmt reps which I don't think we can reasonably directly get involved with. The Logistic committee will be mainly based in BR with CGI.br leading and some sort of liaison with the global community (to be find out and confirmed).
