After a detailed review of all the applications received, the Number Resource Organization Executive Council (NRO EC) has selected LeaderShape to facilitate a review of the NRO Strategy Plan for the next five years.
As described in the original request for proposals, the NRO EC has identified the need to create a strategic review plan to guide its efforts over the next five years. Through consultation with key stakeholders, the NRO EC will determine the mission of the Number Resource Organization, its future vision, strategic imperatives, and ecosystem relationship priorities. The strategic review shall include all functions undertaken by the NRO in support of their mission and vision, and in particular with regards to the content of the NRO MoU and its current relevance.
The selected facilitator is expected to deliver a current organisation situational review; facilitate the definition of the mission, vision and organisational values of the NRO; facilitate the definition of the industry ecosystem relationship priorities, and facilitate the development of a 5-year strategic plan for the NRO, including actionable recommendations on structural and organisational needs.
The NRO EC would also like to thank the other applicants, The International Consortium, Ringo Star Mordecai Masakwa, People Rocket, Dstream Group, and ITEMS International, who were considered for their interest and support for a strategic review of the NRO.
