RP moved that the chair be the Chief Communications Officer (or equivalent) of the NRO secretariat. RE seconds. All agree.

Another meeting with Paul Twomey was planned for 11/12/2003.
AP would be available by telephone during the afternoon of that day.

RE drew attention to his e-mail of 06/12/2003 concerning “Global Whois” and asked that all CTOs are advised regarding its importance to LACNIC.
RP moved to adjourn the meeting, RE seconded. All agreed.
PW adjourned the meeting at 17:58.
